Hi! I’m Gayle, aka the Bread Lady, daughter of the King, wife, and homeschool mama of 4. I’ve been baking artisanal sourdough for about 6 years now. I started baking bread because I wanted to feed my family quality food that will nourish them best. My Artisan Loaf, aka crusty bread as my kids like to call it, is my signature item. Just flour, salt and water. Nature and time does the rest. I also make authentic sourdough bagels, and sourdough chocolate chip cookies, as well as a few other treat and seasonal items. I take direct orders from customers and you’ll also see me and the Jam Lady, Deb at Tractor Supply in Prescott Valley most Wednesdays and Saturdays. Looking forward to meeting y’all around town!
